How a SKKY job is quoted, booked and invoiced.

Status: this is a factual scaffold of how we work today. Binding contract terms, liability wording and consumer-law clauses are pending legal review and are not published here yet. Nothing on this page invents a promise we have not agreed with you in writing.

Quotes and estimates

The window-cleaning calculator gives an indication based on the pane counts and options you enter. It is an estimate, not a fixed price. Every other service is quoted individually after we have reviewed the details you send. SKKY confirms the final price in writing before work starts.

Booking and access

A booking is confirmed when SKKY has sent you a confirmed date. You are responsible for giving us the access described in the quote (keys, codes, parking, water or power where relevant). If access is missing on arrival we will contact you to reschedule.

Changes and cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if a booking needs to move. Cancellation and rescheduling conditions for your specific job are stated in the quote you accept.

Invoicing and tax

Invoices are issued in the currency of the market where the work is performed and include the applicable VAT. Swedish private customers may be eligible for the RUT deduction; this applies to Sweden only and never to Danish or Ghanaian jobs.
